While the Mustangs at the sanctuary are gentle, they are still wild horses and subject to their basic instincts. The sanctuary takes precautions for the safety of its visitors. We do, however, require all visitors to read and accept a waiver. Please review the information below, then agree to the waiver on an event registration form to complete the waiver process.

I agree not to sue, claim against, attach the property of or prosecute Reinfree.org Inc. DBA Wild Heart Sanctuary (WHS) Programs, its officers, board members, affiliated organizations, agents, employees and/or its volunteers for any injury or death caused by or resulting from my participation in equine activities & experiences, whether or not such injury or death was caused by their negligence or from any other cause.

I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WHS and all of its officers, board members, affiliated organizations, agents, employees and volunteers for any injury or death caused by or resulting from my participation in equine activities, experiences, events or visiting whether or not such injury or death was caused by their negligence or from any other cause. 

 

This agreement shall be legally binding upon me, my family, my heirs, my estate, assigns, legal guardians, and my personal representatives.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that I am releasing certain legal rights that I otherwise may have and I enter into this release of liability and indemnity agreement on behalf of myself and/or my legal ward of my own free will. This will cover all visits to Wild Heart Sanctuary.

Photos are often taken during events and may be published on the Wild Heart Sanctuary website and social media. Many times, participants are not readily identifiable. Alert the event hosts prior to the beginning of the event if you do not want to be included in any photographs.

If you send us photos you took at Wild Heart Sanctuary

You authorize Wild Heart Sanctuary the use of your photos for, but not limited to, publication, our website, NFTs,  newsletters, social media, the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purposes

. 

I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS "WAIVER AND RELEASE" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Wild Heart Sanctuary, Reinfree.org AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST Wild Heart Sanctuary, Reinfree.org FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, DURING THIS INITIAL AND ALL SUBSEQUENT EVENTS OF PARTICIPATION.
